Worldmark the Club

We are your source for buying Worldmark the Club memberships at over 80% off the retail price.

We only sell PREMIER Worldmark the Club resale memberships with full bonus time privileges and perpetual ownership.  We don’t have any hidden closing costs.  Besides the $299 transfer/processing fee that Worldmark the Club charges, there are no other costs. We will send you a legal real estate purchase and sale agreement that puts everything in writing from the very start.  Our contract will walk you step by step through the entire process.  As licensed Washington State real estate brokers, we are required by law to conduct the transfer as outlined by our purchase and sale agreement. There are no surprises! All of our Worldmark the Club timeshare are current on their membership dues and completely paid in full.

How to Buy Worldmark the Club

1) Visit our Worldmark the Club Inventory page (click here)

Your first step will be to select the Worldmark the Club package that fits your needs and then call us at 1-360-340-6413 or email us at worldtimesharecluboffice@gmail.com.  We usually have a great variety of Worldmark the Club memberships from 5,000 annual credits on up. You will need to determine your budget as well as the amount of annual and accumulated credits you are seeking.

2) We will send you a Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement

Once you let us know which Worldmark the Club membership you want to purchase we will send you a legal real estate contract with all the specific details of the account you are purchasing.   All of our memberships are current on their maintenance fees and are paid in full.  These details will be reflected in the purchase and sale agreement.

3) We will order the transfer documents from the Worldmark Transfers Department

As soon as we receive your contract and $299 transfer fee, we will order the transfer documents from the Worldmark Transfers Department.  Worldmark will email us the transfer documents within six-eight weeks.  As soon as we receive them, we will quickly send them to you with full instructions.  At that point you will be able to confirm directly with Worldmark that the official Worldmark the Club transfer documents match our contract to you.

4) Send the Worldmark the Club documents to us

Once you receive the documents from us you will need to sign them in the presence of a notary public and mail them back to us.

5) Completing the transfer process

We will then send all the documents directly to Worldmark the Club.  It normally takes Worldmark the Club about six-eight additional weeks to complete the transfer into your name. As soon as the transfer is completed, we will email you instructions on how to log on to your account and start booking your first Worldmark the Club vacation.

Frequent Questions and Answers about buying a Worldmark the Club membership:

Question: Are there any differences in buying a Worldmark the Club membership on the resale market versus buying directly from Worldmark by Wyndham?

Answer:  When you buy on the resale market you receive all the benefits of the Worldmark the Club membership except one – you are not eligible for TravelShare.  TravelShare is a Wyndham program that provides Worldmark the Club owners a few extra benefits outside of the Worldmark the Club system including the ability to trade their Worldmark the Club credits for Wyndham resorts and vacations.  TravelShare can not be purchased on the resale market and is not transferable except to family members.  Thus, if you want TravelShare you will need to purchase it directly from Wyndham at the full retail price of $2.00- $3.70 per annual credit.  Wyndham requires owners to buy at least 5,000 credits and requires additional monthly fees.

Question:  Is TravelShare worth the 800% premium upfront costs and extra monthly fees?

Answer:  See our blog post that goes into great depth about this question.

Question: I was told that I had to have Travelshare in order to trade my Worldmark the Club credits through exchange companies like RCI and Interval International. Is this true?

Answer: No, that is false. ANY Worldmark the Club owner can exchange through RCI (www.rci.com), Interval International (www.intervalworld.com) or many other exchange companies. You simply need to purchase an inexpensive membership in them. For example RCI and II have frequently run specials for Worldmark the Club owners. The full price is just $99 per year to join RCI or Interval International.

Question: If I already have a Worldmark account and want to add to it, will I have two different accounts or one?

Answer: It’s your choice, but most Worldmark owners choose to have one larger account as opposed to two smaller ones because the maintenance fees are less per credit for a larger account.

Question: If I want to purchase and combine a membership that has a different anniversary date than my current account how does that work?

Answer: When you combine a  Worldmark the Club account into your existing account you keep your CURRENT anniversary date.
